Since 2006, NCI has been developing technology for the healthcare sector, focusing on high‑complexity systems designed for hospital management.

Our history began with hospital cost management and calculation, applying the absorption costing method.

Throughout this journey, we have evolved products in the areas of clinical outcomes, revenue cycle management, and, starting in 2020, we began a new strategic cycle that gave rise to the new brand NCI Innova, with a team specialized in creating robust digital solutions for critical challenges in healthcare management and various business areas.

Our experience in the healthcare sector is proven by the development and support of complex, mission‑critical platforms, such as the technology behind the annual healthcare observatory published by ANAHP (Brazilian Association of Private Hospitals), a consolidated partnership since 2017 and a national reference in hospital excellence, indicators, and benchmarking.

NCI is undoubtedly one of ANAHP’s main partners. In a short time, they masterfully understood our dream of transforming SINHA (ANAHP Hospital Indicators System) into one of the leading benchmarking tools for the healthcare sector in Brazil and embraced this purpose with us. They understood the essence and magnitude of what we wanted to build and believed in our aspiration. Today, the SINHA platform has been gaining more credibility and visibility in the market and is even being considered as a potential international benchmarking solution.
