Monitoring of clinical outcomes

Creation of a module that monitors clinical outcomes for an existing ERP in the hospital. Complex project and with great integration challenges.

The project’s purpose is accompanying the lives of patients after hospital treatment and understanding the evolution of their quality of life. Based on studies and standards created by the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurements (ICHOM).

NCI has made a big difference in the successful implementation of the Outcome Measurement Program at Hospital Vera Cruz. Thanks to their strategic look and experience in the follow-ups, we were able to quickly structure our work process in the Program, with data collection and results analysis. NCI enabled a great achievement for the Hospital: the use of technology to optimize our processes, with the integration of information available in the electronic medical records. I emphasize the excellent experience in working with NCI, for the careful analysis of our needs, combined with a personalized, agile and efficient service.
